As most of the client base consisted of retail accounts, this role required to me to focus on a different set of design methodologies focusing on the benefit to the consumer. Along with my design skills, calmness under pressure and being able to think on my feet ensured deadlines were always met and the clients were very happy! 2003-2001 Freelance Designer Greythorn Design Recruitment, London, United Kingdom While on my overseas experience, I had worked on a number of short-term contracts, through Greythorn, performing a variety of roles at various print and new media agencies. These contracts ranged between two or three days through to several weeks. In each of these roles, my experience had been essential given the tight budgets and deadlines. The projects that I worked on involved commercial property and pharmaceuticals. 2001-1998 New Media Designer Imagic, Christchurch, New Zealand I was part of the creative team employed as a New Media Designer, which involved the design and production of advertising graphics, web sites, interactive CD-ROMs, multimedia presentations and digital video. In addition, I provided research, implementation and support of graphic design-based software products.
